All these things can be great indicators of fitness, but in today’s health economy, we also must be concerned with our ability to perform everyday activities for the duration of our lives.

That’s why we focus on improving functional movements that are necessary and common in our daily activities, like picking up our kids or moving that bag of mulch from the trunk to the backyard.

We also care about our nutrition, sleep, and stress. At CrossFit OTL, we care about your health and your fitness. We believe they are one and the same.
